this is just the same when black op came into effect
shoot people and then jump out
CCP found out they scrambled you so jump drive doesnt work and those people that did CCP destroyed there ships
and were warned serverly for there action and i believe one guy got banned through it or something because he did it a few times.
so i consider you dont try it
and even if you made it to the wormhole CCP will still destroy your ship since you are still evading concord
evading is evading no matter where you are if you evade concord you will pay the price.
EDIT: more concord ship spawn until you die aswell
you used to be able to destroy concord ships for evey 1 you kiled i believe it was 5 more spawned and plus more spawned every minute or 30 seconds they they were still enagaging
the small force that turn up now is enough to kill caps easily as they neut, damp,jam, nos, point web and kill you in a matter of seconds to 1 minute

That IS a good question! I wasn't even aware you could dock in orca's. 
all ships that you incounter while being flashy red will also become flashy red
if you dock you ship in the orca i believe the orca will be criminally flagged and a seperate concord force will be brought in to kill that.
remember you are criminally flagged for 15 minutes any ships you enter are fair game

and yes perposfully doing this will end you with a ban since you are going out your way to use a exploit , and my guess they IP bann you

That would be a nasty trick to play on a friend! haha, get his orca destroyed because you docked after illegally shooting someone, hahahahahah
orca pilot can only allow access to corp and fleet member when there setting have ben set as such and i believe you cant dock anyway as you have agression timer
which also makes me believe you cant leave your ships either
